Over the past few months I've come across several inspiring ideas for creating unique walls that go beyond wallpaper and paint. And not only are they amazing but they are totally doable DIYs!Sources and (in many cases) tutorials can be found by clicking the link below each individual image.
Ten of my most favorite are:
1. Cover an accent wall with a huge map:2. Use liquid starch to cover a wall in your favorite fabric:3. Show off your wall's unique angles by edging them with jute ribbon and nailheads:4. Cover your walls with decorative paper sheets: |

5. Use duct tape to create a no-paint diamond accent wall:6. Add molding in a bold geometric pattern:7. Put old shutters to use by creating a unique shutter wall:8. Wrap your walls in grey washed wood paneling:9. Cover your walls with pages from a favorite book:10. Hang fabric or wallpaper wrapped boards (metallic grasscloth was used in this image) down an entire wall:Aren't you amazed by all of the creativity?? I'm itching to try out a few of these ideas - just need to figure out which walls are going to fall victim to a DIY!
