Happy Friday my friends! I can't tell you how much I enjoyed visiting all of the posts that were linked up to Best of the Nest and seeing one amazing project after another. Since it was our first link party I was honestly kinda worried that there may be nothing but chirping crickets when the party went live so I was astounded to see the amazing DIYs, recipes, and room remodels that kept coming and coming. Thanks so much to those of you who chose to share your talents with us!
Remember that my three Best of the Nest co-hosts have chosen different links to feature so once you've oohed and aahed over my features, be sure to check theirs out too:
Jennifer @ Dimples & Tangles
Pam @ Simple Details
Lisa @ Shine Your Light
And one last thing before we jump in because you'll soon see that there's lots of Pinterest-worthy stuff here! If you see something that you'd like to Pin, please hop on over to that blogger's post and pin from there. Thanks :)
Soooo it's no secret that I'm a pillow hoarder and Shannon from Burlap & Lace certainly hasn't helped the situation - there's no way I can't add more pillows to my stash after seeing these amazing {DIY Designer Inspired Painted Pillows} that she created. Three pillows for a total of less than $15! Seriously amazing...
On all of the snowy winter days that we've been having, I've pretty much stayed in my robe all day and watched movies and played games with my girls. But no such slacking for Cassie of Primitive & Proper - she and her husband took advantage of being house-bound to build these gorgeous {Industrial Pipe Built-ins}. Not only can the girl build some killer shelves but she can style them with the best of them too...
Elizabeth of The Little Black Door had two problems with the bathrooms in her house - there was only one of them and it was a bit ho-hum. While she couldn't make a second bathroom magically appear, she was able to whip the ho-hum out of the one she has with a colorful {Bathroom Makeover} including that beautiful green and white striped shower curtain that I'm totally coveting! You'll be amazed by how different it looks from the "before"!
Am I the only gal in blogland who doesn't yet have the addicting Waterlogue App? Beth from DesignPOST Interiors not only has the app but she's used it to create this fabulous {Waterlogue App Gallery Wall} in her home office/guest room. I don't know which I love more - her gallery wall, the colorful drapes and cornices, or that huge desk with the red legs - such an unbelievable space!
People who sew well amaze me. So Jill from Sew A Fine Seam is a total rock star in my eyes! She used European grain sacks to create this unbelievable {Union Jack Pouffe} for her friend's son. Swoon!
One of my favorite things about our link party was that we got to see what some of our nonblogger friends have been up to this month too! Like Holly's beautiful new living room that she shared via Instagram! Loving those blue chairs and gorgeous pillow fabrics Holly! You can find Holly on Instagram {here}
Thanks so much for stopping by! Don't forget to visit Pam, Lisa, and Jennifer's blogs to check out their featured posts also. And if you were featured this month, feel free to grab our button:
